Introduce legislation to limit the number of times each month that prices at the pumps can be changed by the fuel supplier. Once per month would be nice. At the moment, prices are changed so frequently that it is impossible to know whether what you are paying is competitive or will be 3p per litre cheaper in the afternoon...
