ALL Banks that owe funds to public funds and were helped with loans during the financial crisis re-pay at a minimum rate of 15% of net profits per Year or 15% of amount owed, whichever is least. All bonuses to employees should be reduced by 50% until ALL monies due are repaid to the public funds
