I think All Motorist who get behind the wheel should face manslaughter charges,should they injure/ kill someone,At the moment the law is a joke,All they seem to get is a 2yr ban,maybe 6 months.They should face a far tougher sentence.Every Driver knows that Drink driving is Illegal,so know ,when they decide to get behind a wheel.A Vehicle is a weapon,to all,but it is a very dangerous weapon to someone who is drunk.The law needs to change on this drastically,Tell Me ,If your son/daughter was knocked down by a drunk driver would you be happy that the other person got a 2yr ban and a 12 month jail sentence ?
