Allow Albanian birthed persons to live and work freely in the UK as long as they have the means of supporting themselves when they arrive legally or not

It has come to my attention that many foreign birthed people out of the EU are having to apply for visas and permits to work in the UK but are being refused. Allow anyone who is willing to work in the UK and pay taxes in this country to work and live freely as long as they can support themselves with job opportunities and housing before they arrive legally or not
