Facilitate a democratic referendum under the Scotland Act to give Scots a vote to close the Scottish Parliment or keep it open .

Ensure the petition is not blocked by political self interest political party or house of commons staff . The petition would simply allow a decision. And a binary referendum would do the same . I am concerned you don't want the democratic question to be asked ?
