Rejected petition Baliffs should be regulated by law

The government must bring in regulation to limit the powers of baliffs and excessive fees charged by them. The new laws to limit the powers of baliffs are not strong enough and allow too much leeway in interpretation of what is a "reasonable fee".
There should be a published and inforceable structure of fees that baliffs may charge, governed by law.
