Closed forced academy status

We want the government to remove their forced academy orders on schools in special measures,where it is proven that the schools action plan is working well.
Further to this we want more transparency from new sponsors on how they intend to improve the school in a way that is better than the schools own action plan.
The right to decide a schools academy status should be with the school and parents where the sponsors own action plan is only equal to or below the schools own plan.
