In light of recent events and to recognise the lack of long term job securty an transient nature of being an MP, it is proposed that all MP's requiring a second London home should only be allowed to rent at the taxpayers expense from legitimate established Landlords. This would allow money to go back into the local economy rather than allowing MP's to potentially profit from rising house prices at a future date.
