Rejected petition Make it Illegal to use Smuggling Gangs from a safe Country to claim Asylum.

Create a New Law making it illegal to use Human Trafficking Smuggling Organisation to leave a safe country to claim asylum in another safe country. These illegal Crime Organisations are creating business out of Laws created to help genuine refugees. The profits are being used to facilitate slavery.

The Government should be taking this step , to reduce illegal immigration to this country. Countries that cannot control their borders like France are failing in the Palermo Protocol it signed in 2000 . France or others countries should therefore be held accountable for it’s non action in this matter. They have allowed Human Trafficking to flourish without taking all necessary steps to stop it , as are Countries outside Europe.
