Closed Stop non-EU Criminals Using Article 8 to Avoid Deportation from UK.

Non-EU citizens with criminal convictions should not be allowed to use EU Article 8 in order to avoid deportation from the UK. Deportation should occur in good time before the individual has the opportunity to establish a 'family life' in the UK.
