Section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 is used against the majority of young black males and I would like this section to be reviewed so that there is more regulation put in place so that police are not given the right to stop and search someone for weapons in a designated area, for a specific time, without suspicion that the individual is involved in wrongdoing.
