Rejected petition RE SENTANCE ALL IPP PRISONERS IMMEDIATELY

It is a babaric and inhumane sentence. The ipp is now abolished but not for those serving it. We the public demand that these people, all ipps on or post tariff be re sentenced immediately

It was abolished in 2012, yet people are still behind bars for minor crimes that even murderers and rapists don't get!!!
