There are motorists out there that park in parent and child parking spaces when they don't have children, then there is no spaces for those motorists that the are designed for.
There should be a parking badge created for mortorists that are parents & should be displayed to be able to park in the parent & child spaces, working in the same way as the disabled badges. If a motorist wants one they should provide proof they have children (under 12 or in a cr seat) & they drive a car. The badge should have the license plate on it so it can't be fraudaulantly used be anyone else. The government should create such a badge, it should be renewed every year like car tax, & updated every time you get a new car.
