There are so many outside services across the UK working in places like local community halls & hired venues for a variety of situations.

More and more we are seeing professional businesses being pushed out by services which are potentially unsafe or amateur.

I believe by making all venues across the UK require outside services like mobile entertainers etc to carry both Public Liability Insurance and Portable Appliance Testing it could help create more professional services and help better protect the public and venues across the UK.
