Petition Only require learner drivers to retake the part of a theory test they fail

It’s annoying when you take your theory test and you pass one section (eg. hazard perception) and fail the other (eg. multiple choice questions) and you have to retake both parts. You shouldn’t have to redo both when you have already passed one section.

I want the Government to change this, so if you get over the pass mark on either multiple choice questions or hazard perception but not the other you should only have to redo the one you didn’t get the pass mark for.
