Rejected petition Stop Horse Smuggling

I think that the government need to make horse smuggling illegal as it is where horses and ponies are sent over to Europe to be killed all because the owners can’t be bothered to spend the money or time to look for a caring and loving owner

I think that it’s such an awful thing that is happening more and more and someone needs to do something. We can’t just sit here and let this keep happening
