It is appalling that politicians are arrogant enough to believe we will accept that. When a politician is found to have overclaimed on expenses or abused his position in any other way to improve his own self enrichment, THE MATTER MUST BE INVESTIGATED BY A POLICE FORCE WHICH IS NOT THE METROPOLITAN, BECAUSE IT IS TOO CLOSE TO CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM PROPERLY TO DEAL WITH IT.
