I want the Government to provide additional funding for specialist careers advisers in schools for children with special educational needs (SEN), and to increase the number of specialist advisers dedicated to helping jobseekers with additional needs to secure and stay in work.
We believe that current careers advice and job support is inadequate for children and adults with additional needs.
By increasing support the Government can help those with additional needs pursue employment or training opportunities suitable for them.
