Make the Police remember that they are servants of the Community, not unelected masters of it.

All serving Policemen and Policewomen, upto and including the Police Commissioner, are to spend 10 hours per month cleaning public lavatories, picking up litter, tidying up public parks and recreational areas, tending to the elderly and the sick in day care centres. This will also help to improve the reputation and profile of Police in our communities as well as helping the Police become more aware of the issues in the communities they serve.
