I truly believe that local councils should hold open session in public areas during the week, which can be viewed by any member of the public during certain open hours, and also to make sure they, the council members are answerable.

I say this because i'm sure i'm not the only one who's sick of having my council tax bill raised up and up without proper answer. paying for things that could be funded by other means.

I dont say this to endanger or put the council in harms way or to suffer abuse, purely because i think it's an honest and open way of dealing with your local area and its occupants.
