Having driven around many car parks trying to park in a parent/child space I've noticed that most car parks have vastly under used disabled spaces yet parent/child spaces are hard to come by. I propose that disabled bays and parent/child bays be combined in one type of bay, available for disabled blue badge holders or parents with children.
