The courts to give rights to the layman/ common man,as n when the layman/common man brings action to court n proves that the defendant has acted unlawfully instead of giving the defendant a platform to wash his actions ( undeniably proven)with soap n water by using £1000 per hour representatives, and allowing technical jargon to get in the way of the layman/common man,when the court fulwell knows that the layman/common man doesn't understand it. The court then tries to advise the claimant to seek legal advice,if the the layman/common man could afford that they wouldn't be in court themselves?.proven fact is the neccessity.not technical jargon!
