Petition Britain to lead the Green revolution

Whether through climate change or energy dependency the current state of affairs is unsustainable. Britain with its high levels of technology development and diplomatic nature should be leading the fight. I propose that funding green technology development and implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon emission is made the top priority of this Government as well as diplomatic pressure for other countries to follow.
