It is currently not compulsory for Estate Agents to publicly disclose the offers that are made for the purchase of a property.

This lack of transparency means Estate Agents could potentially add fictitious offers in order to force real buyers to rise their bids.

It is proposed that all offers must be signed and registered in a public document to be made available to all bidders during or after the negotiation.

This will allow more transparency and fairer house prices.
