At present anyone can represent themselves in court but there are restrictions in place as to who can assist or represent them
If faced with the prospect of appearing in court the claimant or defendant should be able to choose anyone, legally qualified or not to assist or represent them in court.
I want the government to relax the rules on representatives in court such that the claimant or defendant can choose anyone to represent them in court
