Rother D Council want`s to ruin a perfectly good garden and waste £57,000 + on improving it when it is not needed, the money could go to much more worthwhile cause`s like potholes,repaint the zebra crossing and put in sound beepers`s so blind people and poorly sighted know when it`s safe to cross the road.
