Petition Set a 50mph speed limit for all lorries over 3 tons on duel carriageways and motorways and ban lorries from overtaking

As a result of the number of recent fatal accidents on our motorways and duel carriageways I propose a speed limit of 50mph for all lorries over 3 tons, and 60mph for all other classification of truck. Any lorry over 3 tons should also not be permitted to overtake other vehicles on duel carriageways - ie there should be a minimum of 3 lanes.
