As a consumer, I would like a push towards the comprehensive grading of all food products in relation to ethics, as we see with white goods and environmentally friendly ratings. Issues such as Third World ethics, environmental protection, sustainability and farming methods are of great importance. Giving the consumer easy access to this information will surely effect buying trends and perpetuate the implementation of social change in these matters.
