Petition hovertrain

The creation of a national, Lightweight, High speed overhead tram/train system utilising the motorway embankments and linking all the nation's cities. The hovertrain powered by the Mag-lev or air propulsion will increase freight capacity on conventional rail, remove the need for fast alternatve lines currently planned, unclog the motorways, use green energy, allow greater speed, safety and efficiency, Generate new jobs, steel orders, a new industry, infrastructure, exports, comfort and convenience.
Funding from motorway tariff, Tramalot, taxes. Ownership National Corporation, Profits applied to health education and pensions.
You must redirect the finances earmarked for unecessary motorway expansion and overland lines and think futuristically for a change. It will have to be done eventually so now is as good a time as any!
