Petition Create international waters in Dover Strait, and turn back migrant boats

The Government should tackle the migrant crossings by declaring 2 miles of the UK mid-Channel waters to be international waters for two years in the Dover Strait. UK personnel should patrol the international waters and turn back migrants to France where possible.
