Make an opt in or out to fund the royal family, if you opt out the money that would originally go into the royal family would go into the NHS.
The NHS needs help now more then ever, why not let the public decide where the money goes ?

The NHS is funded through taxation and National Insurance contributions, but funding for the Monarchy comes from a percentage of the profits of the Crown Estate revenue (currently set at 15%).
