Contractors working on emergencies such as attending Gas Leaks which can constitute a Danger to Life and Property. A Gas Explosion is basicly a Bomb and a severve gas leak is a potentual bomb.

Not asking for free Parking only a statory 30 minute to make the site safe. Allowance to park on a single yellow line and or a part of a footway but leaving a sufficent space for persons to pass. Once the emergancy has been delt with then proceed to park normally.
