Government should outlaw the increasing practise of some businesses to charge the customer for producing an itemised bill for example a mobile phone company listing the calls they are charging for in their monthly account.

Customers are entitled to see how their bill has been calculated in the same way they do in a restaurant or supermarket without being charged extra for the privilege!!

Equally paying a bill by cheque in advance of the due date should not incur an extra charge added to the bill, consumers who pay their bills on time should pay the same whether they do so online, by direct debit or via cheque.
