Rejected petition Equal opportunity

I wanted to create this petition because some people in the UK are not having opportunities to go to College or University because they cant get the grades they need.They are being refused entery to certain courses because they cant get a C or above in their GCSE's in English and Maths to have the opportunity to do what they are good at such as myself being told that they didnt know if i could get on the 2nd year of the music course becuase i had low grades but that shouldnt matter because i am a good musician and being told that i may not be able to continue further because i didnt have the grade expectations that the Welsh Assembly want and i think everyone she have equal opportunities no matter what grades they have at the end of the day its for what they are good at not about the grades and qualifications.So could you please sign this petition to be heard thank you.
