London is clogged with motor vehicles making the roads dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists and asthmatics. It is also causing irreparable harm to the environment in general. Therefore emergency vehicles, delivery vehicles, buses and taxi's should be the only form of motorised transport allowed within a 5-mile radius of Nelson's Column.
