Dear sir/madam

My nephew is in India who was regsitered as British Citizen in India on 26/July/2013.

while he applied for British Passport,his passport application was refused and he is currently facing the illegal or overstay as per the Indian Citizenship act 1955.he is subject to prison and punishment.

please help him and save him as he is a registered British Citizen and his father also British citizen.
