Closed Stop oil exploration in Virunga

A UK company Soco International PLC will start the seismic testing phase of its controversial oil exploration project in Virunga National Park, which is a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site since 1979. Soco International's own environmental impact assessment reports admit that oil exploration is likely to cause pollution, irreparably damage habitats and bring poaching to the park.
