Alison Solomon has applied for a new VISA to stay in the UK as her previous VISA is close to ending and her circumstances have changed.

The Home Office is looking to Deport her and has advised her that because her 2 year old son (British Citizen) is eligible to stay in the country with his father, she is not needed to care for her son. They have also told her that should her sons father have financial problems due to her deportation, he is to stop working and claim benefits.

We want to keep Alison in the country as she has worked for the last 9 years paying Tax and National Insurance, has a mortgage, hold a UK driving licence, is a registered personal licence holder for working in a bar.
