Closed Grant home fee status and eligibility for student loans to BNO visa holders

Holders of British National Overseas (BNO) visas and their dependents should be granted home fee status and be able to apply for student loans.

Many don’t realise they face international fee status which means they could pay £20,000 a year. This can hinder those on low-incomes from having equal access to education.
