Closed Solar panels before Fracking

The government should abandon Fracking until the roofs of every south-facing building in the Country has been fitted with solar panels.
Free endless energy has been provided by the power of the sun since the inception of mankind, so why aren't we using it? Stop fracking. Stop polluting the planet. Stop polluting our water.
Subsidies should be given to every household to have solar panels, instead of giving it to money-sucking cooperations..
