Rejected Give all non-VERBAL people access to Tippy Talk (A program giving them a voice)

To give speech therapists the tools that will no doubt help these children

At the moment the only system I know of is the PECS System this is giving the child/adult a book of pictures and letting them choose (For example Glass of Orange) This does NOT give them a voice.
