Rejected petition Stop banning dogs especially big dogs

I want them to stop banning dogs ,get rid of the banned dogs list and unban dogs. Then start holding the owners responsible instead of a entire breed/ breeds

I want this to happen because they go out banning breeds of dogs because of a few individuals who can't look after themselves let alone a dog. It has never been a dogs falt it has always been the owners it is time action was taken to hold the owners responsible and not the dogs
