Under the UNDHR, Article 2 states that no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country.

London Markuz (Masjid-e-ilyas) should be allowed to have a permanent building and should be allowed to expand for people to worship as under the UNDHR Article 18 states that Everyonehas the right to practice, worship and observance.

Abbolishing the Markuz and not allowing a permanent building for worshipers will be violating Artcle 18 as it would be taking away a place to practise, worship as well as to observe a religion for the Muslim worshipers.

This Petition is for the support of making Marjuz a permanent building as well as expanding it to cater for the growing muslims in the UK.
