Petition Better access to deaf services

To all concerned.
I have been moderately to severely deaf since birth and over the years I have come to realise that local services like cinema and tv subtitles are very rare / slow.

I would like to see better subtitles on TV and subtitles that's don't "stick" on screen. I would also like to have better access to things like more subtitled film showings whether it be afternoon / evening.
I would also like the hearing world / populations to have better deaf access to deaf awareness and community n culture training.
