Petition exhaust emisions from diesels

We urge the government to qickly(sugestion 3 months time limit) introduce the compulsory fitting of filters to all Diesel vehicles thus reducing considerably the polution we are experiencing
-e.g. recent smog- and in general fume filled cities.
The filters necessary are already on the market,we need the political will to clean up these vehicles!
