To make it a legal requirement for the British Union Flag to be flown over all British Schools of all types, private, public or otherwise including colleges and universities that are governed by and under British law and that at all assemblies before learning commences sing the British National Anthem so that it builds character, pride, honour and respect for the British nation, its crown and its people (without any clause to opt out or any excuse not to comply).
