There comes a time when society must demonstrate that a line has been crossed. THIS IS THAT TIME. The 15 year old who killed Mrs Maguire should NOT be kept alive - despite our politicians' proclivity towards allowing murderers to have a second go at killing after a short time in prison. LET THE PEOPLE TELL YOU WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO WITH THIS LOWLIFE.
