Rejected petition England Not to adopt the new 20mph Road speed limits in the future

Not to consider in changing the majority of 30mph roads in England to 20mph like in Wales.

The government must rule out in following Wales in there disastrous new 20 mph speed limit changes .
We're there are schools, hospitals we back 20mph.
But to blanket ban 30mph just for the sake of it we don't back.
20 mph driving increases air pollution when car drive in a low gear and cause congestion with also creates more pollution.
