Petition Require Highways England to improve A road safety

We think the government should require Highways England to ensure that all A roads score a 4 or 5 on the iRAP star rating system.

For example, one road that needs improvement is the A13, which is one of the main routes joining London to Essex. There is a high volume of traffic on the route every day. Due to the amount of lorries and cars, this area is known for accidents.
