We are asking the Government to tackle the crisis of homeless, by making it law to neutering your cat by the age of six months.
This crisis has left so many homeless cats, Rescues are unable help all the stray cats/Kittens, resulting in many kittens being born outside, and are dieing.

To make is law they all cats have to be neutered by the age of 6 months.

The law has finally changed for chipping.
